So just as I'm set to get back to my regularly scheduled blogging
this week,I get side tracked by a nasty intestinal virus.  Nothing to do
but rest and let it run it's course.

Hello tea and toast....excellent comfort foods.

While nursing myself back to health, I've been giving a lot of thought
to how I spend my time and ways I can make my schedule work
better for me.  And today, Jamie asks, What do you wish to attract?

I wish to attract a planning system that makes my heart sing.

Franklin Covey,
I've used different planning systems with varying degrees of
success but everything seems to be geared strictly toward
business and feels too rigid, which I find incredibly boring
leading me to stop using the system all together.

What I really need something that makes sense for me to use in
all areas of my life.  Something fun and supportive with built in
flexible structure for my wonderful, crazy life.

Ah, this has much more depth and insight than a generic 'Success' answer!! I've never even considered a planning system. I'm sure I need one too! As you wish for yourself, Dionne, so do I wholeheartedly wish for you as well.

Ha! I hear you sister! As you wish for yourself I wish for you (and me!) also. A working planning system. mmmmmm. x

I see the opportunity for you to create one that we can all use!

I usually get a generic planner that will fit in my bag that I decorate and fill with positive Notes from the Universe, business cards taped on the days I've been there, ticket stubs, pictures, and other things from the year.

As you wish for yourself, so I also wish for you!

What a great wish, time management. As Dionne wishes for herself, so I wish for her also.

Sending you good vibes for your search for a good planning tool for yourself. Who knows, if you don't find the perfect match, maybe you'll create one of your own :) As you wish for yourself, I wish for you as well!

As you wish for yourself, I also wish for you.

Have you ever taken a look at www.plannerpad.com. I recently converted from Franklin Covey to them.

What a wonderful wish! Have you seen Leonie's blog on her desktop productivity center? http://www.goddessguidebook.com/my-desktop-productivity-centre/
I've been using the stickies and at the moment they are keeping me organized and motivated. I hope you are feeling better!

As you wish for yourself, so I wish for you as well.

I keep trying various planning systems and still can't find quite what works for me! As you wish for yourself, I wish for you also. :)

Great idea, Dionne! As you wish for yourself, so I wish for you.

Great wish! I remember one of my friends who was parenting, working full time, & often going to school (she ended up raising 5 kids & finishing her PhD!!) would post a schedule on her fridge with times for activities - when she intended to study, play the flute (!) work, etc.
I use 'fly-lady' to help me get on top of systems for my house .... but am not that organized!!
As you wish for yourself, so I wish for you!

Wishing you loads better!

Good for you! I gave up on having a plan a long time ago, because I realized that it just isn't how my life goes. However, if I were to make a plan, I'm sure this is what I'd use: http://www.rightbrainbusinessplan.com/the-right-brain-business-plan-kit/ As you wish for yourself, I wish for you as well.

02/08/2012 15:54

Oh, I wish for the ultimate planner as well.

I am a lover of planners and journals. But I need soemthing big, visual and prominent.

As you wish for yourself, so I wish for you!

This is a really great idea! As you wish for yourself, so I wish for you.

(and I'm so sorry that the comment field seems to have picked out the wrong name - is there anyway I can delete the previous comment and leave this one instead?)

Oh, Dionne - you and I are exactly on the same page this week when it comes to wishcasting... I too cast my wishing net hoping to attract systems that work in my life.

I'm trying out different systems (or at least, different techniques that I'll hopefully be able to turn into my own, Tanja-specific system)

May you attract exactly the right system for you, my friend.

As you wish for yourself, so I wish for you :-)

HI Dionne,
Yep, time management is really hard to figure out. Been struggling with it for a while. If you find a right recipe, please share it! Thanks for your comment on my blog. As you wish for yourself, I wish for you too.
Greetings from France.
