As I sat on my blanket listening to the waves and my breath my thoughts stayed upon the play between the water and the sand. Each time the water comes in it takes some of the sand with it and deposits treasures on the beach in a never ending cycle of giving and receiving.
In Doreen Virtue's Goddess Guidance Oracle, Sedna, Inuit Goddess of the sea provides sustenance to here people and reminds us of the infinite supply available to us but there must be a balance of giving and receiving to ensure a continuation of the supply. She reminds us not to worry about the future, to slow down and know that we are supplied with everything we need for today. Sedna also reminds us we can often find vast treasures and a wealth of healing if we allow ourselves to go into the emotional depths with our guides both on this plane and in the spirit realm. And if you can take some time to walk along the beach or another body of water you may find treasures as well.
