Today Jamie asks, 'What do you wish for your health & wellness?'
Last year, I focused on using self discipline as a way to choose
something better for myself. This was especially helpful to me
when I was not 'in the mood' to exercise, because I was able
to shift the energy around that and see what was at the heart
Most often whatever I was doing for exercise had started to feel
like a time consuming chore rather than something fun and easy.
I found the same to be true about my eating habits and meditation
which for me are part of what I need for personal wellness.
As the holiday business set in I got away from most of my health
& wellness routines and I've still been struggling to get back to it.
So I wish to continue to use loving self discipline to find fun and
easy ways to honor my health and wellness needs.
