I took some time off last week to reassess the way I'm showing up in the world, if any of this is even worth it and if so exactly what did I want to do. After many cups of tea and journaling sessions (along with yelling fits, furious dancing, prayer and meditation), I came up with some ways I knew I could help. One was to work with Lisa Michaels and put together a complimentary workshop call 'Right Respone: De-escalate Anyone, Anywhere, Anytime (if this sounds like a tool you could use, sign up here).
With that completed, I began looking for other ways I could help while taking care of myself too. That's when I remembered my self-care kits. Grab a cup of something warm and have a look.
