When I first started journaling I had set rules which caused me not to get consistent with this practice. But they were misconceptions I had to bust in order to get as consistent as I wanted to be.
Even though I know these things are true, I still get caught up in the 'all or nothing' mindset from time to time. I think that's why its a good idea to take a look at what's holding me back from time to time so I can change those behaviors that keep me from accomplishing what I want to. What misconceptions are holding you back from a regular practice?
