Be Reminded

You are a being of infinite power, beauty and grace
just because of who you are right now.

Perhaps you've been looking for guidance, wishing for someone
to show you the way. Perhaps you don't believe in yourself because
your inner critic is continually reminding you of
all the times you've done it wrong piling should after should all over you.

Perhaps you've experienced the deepest sadness of your life thus far
and can't seem to find your way out.

Whatever the part of your story being experienced now...you are
STILL a being of infinite power, beauty and grace.

Look in the mirror and be reminded of who you are..

This is lovely.

There are days when I don't see anything I like in the mirror, and right now my reframing process involves dismissing what I *think* I see when it's negative.

I know that emotions color my perspective because maybe the day before I loved what I saw. I know my appearance doesn't undergo molecular transformation every night, so my vision must be skewed.
So when I "see" ugly, I say to myself, "No, brain, you're wrong. You get no further input on this subject today." (Yes, I really do this. lol)

I've been doing it for a couple of weeks, and my inner critic is getting tired. wheeee!

Right now my mirrors are my closest friends. They're far more accurate.
